Order Modification Policy

This page explains what can be modified in an order, the applicable timeframe, the modification process, and related limitations. All modifications are subject to order status and production stage.

What Can Be Modified

Contact Information
Strap Size
Watch Model / Color / Version
Payment Method (before payment)
Coupon Usage (before payment)
Shipping Time Note (e.g., delay or urgency)
Packaging Requirements (e.g., gift packaging / privacy packaging)
Accessory Requirements (e.g., extra links, spare straps)
Message Note (e.g., engraving or blessing messages)

Modification eligibility depends on the order stage. Certain items may no longer be adjustable once production or QC has started.

Modification Timeframe

Modifications are allowed before shipment.
Changes can be requested during the QC stage but may affect shipment timing.
No modifications are guaranteed after shipment (subject to carrier policies).
Orders in QC stage allow only small changes (e.g., shipping address, contact details). Core changes such as model and configuration are no longer permitted.

If timing is critical, please contact customer service as soon as possible after placing your order.

Modification Process

Contact customer service.
Provide your order number.
Customer service confirms what can be modified.
The modification is completed and confirmation is sent to you.

Modification Limitations

Custom items may not be modifiable.
Modifications during the preparation phase may cause delays.
Once the order is collected by the courier, the address generally cannot be modified, though limited exceptions may apply depending on carrier rules.
Orders that are paid and entered into the production line cannot have their model or version changed.
Orders with special offers (limited-time / limited-quantity) cannot modify prices or discounts after payment.

All modification decisions are based on real-time order status.
We will confirm feasibility and any timing impact before proceeding.
