Quality Standards & Testing
This page explains our quality standards and testing workflow before shipment. It covers the QC steps, intercept criteria, transparency rules, and how we evaluate visual fidelity.
Policy Overview
We follow structured inspection standards to ensure stable function, consistent finishing, and clear QC media transparency. Every watch is reviewed before it proceeds to customer confirmation.
QC Core Steps
The QC process includes multiple stages to reduce defect risk before dispatch:
- Factory Initial Inspection
- Warehouse Re-Inspection
- Movement Power Reserve Testing
- Timekeeping Error Testing
- Appearance Inspection (case shape, dial, markers, date window)
- Bracelet and Clasp Structural Checks
- Luminous Check
- Photography / Video Documentation
- Customer Confirmation Before Shipment
QC Interception Criteria
Watches are intercepted and replaced if they fail key inspection standards, including:
- Significant marker misalignment
- Uneven luminous application
- Visible scratches on the case
- Insufficient power reserve
- Severe date misalignment
The interception list focuses on issues that clearly affect appearance, structure, or stability. Minor mechanical deviation within normal tolerance is not automatically treated as a defect.
Transparency in the QC Process
QC photos and videos reflect the actual product prepared for shipment. We do not use rendered or altered images during the QC confirmation stage.
Aesthetic Fidelity
Visual fidelity is evaluated using practical, visible criteria. We aim for close-to-original appearance while remaining transparent about limitations.
- Case proportions
- Dial layout
- Marker depth
- Bezel inscription
- Luminous performance
- Feel and weight
We do not claim “no differences”. Instead, we provide factual descriptions of what is strong, what is improved, and what remains limited.
