Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. It covers functional issues such as defects in craftsmanship or movement malfunctions.

Warranty Limitations

A 30-day window is provided for return or exchange handling when the case is related to functional issues, shipping damage, or incorrect model dispatch. After 30 days, only functional issues move to warranty handling.
