QC Transparency & Inspection Standards
This page outlines the inspection logic, transparency standards, and confirmation workflow applied to all products before shipment.
Introduction
Our QC standards are structured to ensure consistency, traceability, and clarity. Every product passes through defined inspection stages prior to customer approval.
QC approval is required before shipment. No product is dispatched without confirmation.
QC Inspection Process
Inspection Stages
- Photographic documentation of the actual watch
- Video walkthrough (when applicable)
- Multi-angle inspection (front, case back, side profile, clasp)
QC Focus Points
- Movement functionality and timekeeping stability
- Calendar and index alignment
- Bezel or scale alignment (if applicable)
- Luminous performance (if applicable)
- Case finishing and overall appearance
Inspection Intercept Criteria
Products will be intercepted and replaced if they fail internal standards.
- Significant index or marker misalignment
- Severe date window offset
- Deep visible scratches or structural defects
- Abnormal power reserve or unstable timekeeping
What We Do Not Do
- No false “perfect QC” claims
- No concealment of visible issues
- No shipment of watches with known functional defects
Mechanical watches operate within acceptable tolerance ranges. Minor mechanical deviation does not equal defect.
Customer Confirmation Process
- QC media is sent for review
- Customer may request clarification or additional angles
- Approval confirmation is recorded
- Shipment proceeds after approval
