1. Full Refund Conditions

  • 1.2 Incorrect item received
  • 1.3 Damaged on arrival (DOA) — report within 48 hours of delivery for quicker processing
  • 1.4 Lost package, failed customs clearance, or seized items (please refer to our shipping policies)
  • 1.5 Force majeure leading to undeliverable items

2. Partial Refund Conditions

  • 2.1 Minor scratches or blemishes present at the time of receipt
  • 2.2 Missing accessories
  • 2.3 Non-critical appearance discrepancies

3. Refund Application Timeframe

  • 3.1 Full refund requests within 14 days of receipt
  • 3.2 Requests between 14–30 days are limited to the issue-based refund or exchange
  • 3.3 Refund requests beyond 30 days will not be supported (functional issues will be covered under warranty)
